Welcome to the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
Kappa Sigma is the largest college social fraternity in the world with more than 200,000 living members, including over 20,000 undergraduates and 320 chapters and colonies located throughout the United States and Canada. Founded in 1869 at the University of Virginia, Kappa Sigma International Headquarters is based in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Kappa Sigma Reno is proud to be one of the few recognized and affiliated fraternities at the Univeristy of Nevada, Reno. This recognition is due to excellence in scholarship, leadership, community service, and fellowship.

Since 2014, the Tau Gamma chapter of Kappa Sigma - University of Nevada, Reno has welcomed strong-willed and intelligent members into our Fraternity. Founded by a group of young and courageous individuals who took a leap of faith to form this chapter, our hope is to keep their legacy alive for generations to come.
Kappa Sigma is represented by strong leaders who are paving their way into successful futures through volunteering, social activities, and academic excellence.
